There are two foam core choices with our Basic and Basic Plus mattresses. The C-Matt Basic mattress uses a single zone foam. The C-Matt Basic Plus mattress uses a single zone foam with a convoluted topper for added patient comfort. Both mattresses have a leak proof topper and are reversible head to toe.
