The Casco First Responder EMT Stretcher Mattress is made with antimicrobial medical grade foam and a heavy duty tri-laminate vinyl (10oz.) that provides a surface that is hypoallergenic, easy to clean, stain resistant, and durable.

Comfort Level Performance

The mattress is available in two sizes (73”, 78”) and includes an Intertek buckle system to provide superior durability and safety for the patient, and ease of use for the EMT crew when moving the patient from the EMT stretcher to another surface.
